CLIMATE CHANGE

The buildings we procure contribute to extreme weather including flooding and heat waves through the production process and specification of the materials we choose. Adopting mitigation and adaptation strategies for new and existing developments can contribute positively to climate change. Some strategies include; employing decentralised energy networks, decarbonising our heat supply, reducing embodied carbon in construction, and adopting flood risk management options.
