02 | BREAKING GROUND: Gbolade Design Studio hosted an exhibition, ‘Breaking Ground’, set up as a provocation to the public in the context of living with the consequences of an extractive design and construction system. How must we now act to become responsible and inclusive stewards of our future.

The exhibition explores five key themes using the practices’ projects which adopt sustainable and regenerative approaches to respond to some of these pressing issues in society. Themes include; city-shaping, retrofit, net-zero homes, community-building, and innovation in construction.
