Hermitage Mews is an exemplar of our practice’s ethos - prioritising low-carbon design, intelligent density, and liveable streetscapes. The scheme weaves together high-quality homes with generous green infrastructure and robust materiality to deliver enduring social and environmental value. Throughout delivery, we collaborated closely with our client to ensure the development meets the aspirations of residents, planners, and the wider borough.

The Housing Design Awards remain one of the most prestigious benchmarks of excellence in the UK residential sector, celebrating innovation, design quality, and placemaking since 1948. To be recognised among the country’s most forward-thinking architects and developers is both an honour and a motivator as we continue to push for a more sustainable and inclusive built environment.
