We’re proud to announce that Hermitage Mews has been featured in the Architects’ Journal’s latest publication, Good Homes for All: 20 Examples of How to Do Housing, produced in partnership with Architects’ Action for Affordable Housing (AA4AH). This national booklet curates some of the most impactful and innovative housing schemes across the UK, spotlighting projects that deliver high-quality, affordable, and contextually responsive homes.
Hermitage Mews is recognised in the publication as a benchmark for sustainable, replicable housing, showcasing design principles that can be scaled across a diverse range of urban sites. The scheme prioritises liveability, community engagement, and environmental integrity—hallmarks of our design approach at Gbolade Design Studio.
The booklet, available through the AJ and AA4AH, aims to support housing providers and policymakers by offering tangible design-led solutions to the UK’s ongoing housing challenges. We are honoured to be included alongside a cohort of exemplary practices including Hawkins\Brown, Mæ and HTA Design LLP, among others.
