We’re pleased to share that our Co-Founding Director, Tara Gbolade, has been named a Finalist in the 2025 Black British Business Awards (BBBA).

The Black British Business Awards (BBBA), established in 2014, celebrate the remarkable contributions of Black professionals across UK business sectors. Individual finalists are chosen by an independent panel for leadership, impact and business performance.

For us at Gbolade Design Studio, this recognition is deeply meaningful. It reflects values we hold closely: that good design is inseparable from equity; that leadership includes making space for others; and that progress comes not only through projects, but through the cultures and systems we shape around them.

We’re humbled to be included alongside so many inspiring finalists across industry, and we look forward to celebrating their collective achievements in the months ahead.
