Gbolade Design Studio is delighted to be bringing forward Mountford Mews; a series of eight sustainably designed and constructed single story houses, set in backland small site between two rows of terraces in the heart of Clapham Junction, London.

It is situated on a steep and long site that brilliantly redefines the opportunity for urban density housing, with the scheme proposed showcasing a sensitive approach to infill development that prioritises livability, community cohesion and respect for neighbouring residents.

As part new-build and part-retrofit, this project captures innovative design strategies, sustainable materials and renewable energy sources elements that allow it to maximize space on a highlt constrained site, without sacrificing resident well-being; offering a blueprint for future city living.
